As part of that sponsorship commitment, Rawson Homes has supported the development of new all weather courts, netball introduction packs for new players and outfits for representative teams. Even the balls that the teams play with every weekend have been purchased from the funds Rawson Homes has supplied to the association. Every year as Dubbo and the surrounding district grows with more new homes from Rawson Homes, the families are also supported through the community aid supplied by the Rawson Group.
Robert Blattman the manager of Rawson Homes Dubbo is a strong believer in community support. Dubbo was the founding city of the Rawson Group of which Rawson Homes is a part. The Rawson Homes family is indebted to Dubbo, the city that has supported the company’s growth through 33 years of building.
Netball is one of Australia’s most popular sports with over a million people playing the sport every weekend. Dubbo is a strength in the netball community and the sponsorship supplied by Rawson Homes continues to help in the development of the sport and the representative players for this region. Every weekend as players take the court, the surface beneath their feet, the goal post pads, the balls and even the drink bottles they quench their thirst with have been acquired from the sponsorship program established between the Dubbo Netball Association & Rawson Homes.
