Lawrie Rawson stated that it is the inclusions in every Rawson home that makes them a stand out.

“We are constantly evolving our inclusions as new trends, client wants and product development occurs. It is very important that persons who are looking to build a home compare the inclusions on offer from builders as there can be some very big differences in what is offered from one to the next. This ultimately effects what you are or aren’t having included in the price.”

High end finishes, stainless steel appliances, flick mixer taps, 3 paint coat system, fly screens, driveways, alfresco, all sites costs are just some of the smaller differences that stand Rawson Homes apart.

In an endeavour to always improve the quality of the product Rawson Homes create they turned to chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, TV presenter, adventure seeker and father Pete Evans to help them design a practical and functional kitchen with the all the right elements to make it truly the heart of the home.

‘Quality is at the heart of every Rawson home’ Pete Evans, chef and presenter of the television show My Kitchen Rules. ‘Working with Rawson Homes, I’ve come to appreciate the quality they support through every part of their homes.  It was that quality and focus on the smaller detail which has excited me into working with them and applying my knowledge into the kitchen we are creating.’

His philosophy of ‘Cook with love and laughter’ was a perfect fit for Rawson Homes who are focused on creating family homes with quality as the key factor throughout.  It was that which lead them to focus on the heart of the home, the kitchen, and working with Pete to design and create a kitchen that provides for ease of everyday use, enables family interaction at all times and ensures that the kitchen is fun, where great food will be prepared and enjoyed. 

With Pete’s suggestions and ideas based on his roles as both chef and father, it made all the difference to the new kitchen designs being created.

The first version of this kitchen will be on display in the Rawson Homes new Benham display home located at Homeworld Kellyville, opening June 2013.

Lux Bathroom

Bathrooms continue to evolve and recently we have seen a trend towards open bathroom spaces enabling the bedroom space to have more natural light and to feel more spacious. Very much like upmarket hotels such as the Hyatt in Sydney offer to their clients. However we are very aware of the wish to still have privacy in the toilet suite so where we have designed a free flowing bathroom the toilet still remains separate or at least hidden behind a wall.

The image above reflects this where the toilet is located away from the main space. This image is from the master ensuite of the Balmoral design which is on display at Homeworld V, at Kellyville.

Separately many of our designs still incorporate more private bathroom spaces or where there is a free flowing option we have enabled the ability to close these off with sliding doors if so desired.
