I am writing to say a huge thank you to Rawson Homes for their organisation and professionalism while building our home at ANNA BAY. We have just completed handover and are a little sad because that means we won't see our supervisor Greg each week! Greg has been such a huge help to us. This is the first home we have built so we were unsure of a lot of things. Greg helped us through every step of the way and nothing was too hard for him. We were able to contact him whenever we liked which gave us total piece of mind.
His friendly nature and attention to detail is an asset to your company and we are so happy we had the pleasure of him being our supervisor. Also a big thankyou to Maree Fekkes. As I mentioned before we had no idea what to expect building this house and she helped with each annoying question that we asked and always with such politeness. I never hesitated to call her as she always made me feel comfortable. Thanks again Rawson's! I purchased my land several years ago with the intention of building on it straight away. I originally signed with another builder, and after many years of ‘hidden costs’, incorrect information, and their now obvious poor knowledge of local building regulations; plans were never approved in 2 years after many submissions. I ended the contract with this builder and was back to step one, trying to find a builder. I took a walk through Rawson’s display home in Springbank rise and was impressed! I was greeted with a friendly smile and great book with all Rawson home designs – loved it!
Then there was Mal; what a wealth of knowledge and great smile! He was able to answer all my questions and inform me on Rawson’s processes and inclusions. Mal was also able to modify one of Rawson’s designed to fit my block – for a sales man he showed a greater knowledge of building regulations and codes that the first builder. The tender was drawn up super quick.??My file was handed to Fran who helped me finalise the plans and contract. Fran is amazing; she is very organised and efficient and made me feel at ease about the entire process. Fran explained and reassured me through out every step; she was very aware of my previous experience and made every effort to ensure there were no issues. Every time I corresponded with Fran she responded straight away and knew exactly where my file was up to. It was Fran who turned the process of building my first home from a very stressful disaster to the most enjoyable time in my life. The time had come to start building, David was my site manager and thank goodness he was. The week before ground was to be broken truckloads of illegally dumped rocks and dirt showed up on my block. If it wasn’t for David I would have been severely out of pocket. David was kind enough to go out of his way to organise for half the dumped dirt to be removed free of charge and quickly sorted the removal of the remaining dirt so building could commence. From then on everything progressed very fast and smoothly. After 6 months, keeping in mind the Christmas shut down period happened to fall half way through the build; my home was complete.
The walk through before hand over with David proved he was very through; my home was covered in yellow stickers that indicated touch ups were required. Within a week 99.9% of touch ups were finalised and handover completed, David even turn on the hot water system for me. David’s assistance didn’t end there. I did not contract Rawson to do any landscaping, however after a week’s worth of rain my backyard started to flood. I contacted David and he was on my doorstep within 30 mins. David helped me with drainage of the excess water and reassured me that my new home would not flood – and it hasn’t. The entire process with Rawson has been one of great delight and from start to finish took less than 12 months. I am VERY happy with the end result and will highly recommend Rawson to anyone looking to build, and have done so.

We have been really happy with Rawson Homes, from the beginning dealing till now. Daniel Tang was great a Sales Rep, who assisted us in choosing the right design home to build on our land.
Hasan Kaya has managed the house project really well, he has been the most helpful and professional person to deal with. And the rest of the team at Rawson has been pretty helpful & professional as well.
So we are really happy that we chose Rawson among so many other builders in the market.
Thank you Rawson for making our dream come true. I have attached a picture of us with Hasan taken on our final inspection day.

Paul our Site Supervisor has so far met our expectations and exceeded them beyond what we could have asked for. He is always available to provide progress on what’s happening on site, and if he gives a schedule of what’s to happen and when he expects it to happen this is always met. He has a great approach, is friendly and makes it easy for you to ask him even the smallest of questions. He also always seems to be on top of what is happening on our site even with all the work he is currently managing. We couldn’t have asked for things to be running better than they are and hope that this continues through to the completion of our construction. Cheers,
