Rawson Homes have worked with a variety of architects to create a large stable of designs that we hope will suit every family.

The good news is we have been rebuilding for over 20 years and in that time we have developed a strong understanding of the design parameters required to meet this market.

A large part of that expertise can be seen in our new designs that have been created to raise the bar once again on what is on offer for a knockdown rebuild site. Our new designs offer some very innovative use of materials, including the Stria and Matrix products from Sycon we have included in a variety of our new facades. By interacting with these materials and using them in some very innovative ways we have been able to create some very unique new looks. The Edge, Balmoral and Chifley are just a few of our designs that have been creating a stir.
