WINNER HIA CSR 2010 NSW DISPLAY HOME OF THE YEAR
Have you seen the Eden? This new home design from Rawson Homes has proven to be a winner on many levels, taking out the following awards:
Winner 2010 HIA NSW Display Home of the Year.
Winner 2010 HIA NSW Display Home of the Year under $350,000
Finalist 2010 HIA ACT Duisplay Home of the Year
Finalist 2010 HIA National Awards-Winners announced May 13th 2011.
This design has also recently been nominated as a finalist for the Master Builders Boral ACT Housing Awards for Display Home of the Year, winners to be announced the 23rd of June, 2011.
The judges at the NSW HIA awards held in Sydney were very impressed with this design, the judges commented "This well valued home with a practical kitchen design features an open area that is great for entertaining. Good cross flow ventialtion and excellent build quality makes this home a winner".
This design is just one of over 40 new designs now available from Rawson Homes.
